Shipping
We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $50.00, with the option to upgrade to express shipping for a fee, within Australia via Australia Post with online tracking. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $9.00 shipping fee.
We cannot ship overseas.
While we can guarantee to get your purchase ready to be shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee Australia Post's delivery timeframes during the COVID pandemic
Refunds
We offer a 28 Day Return Policy** on all unused purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and is encouraged to obtain a tracking number upon postage.
To return an item, please contact us...> with your order number and item details to obtain an RA Number and address to return the item.
Exchanges are not currently available. If you would like to swap an item, such as for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and make a second purchase of the item you would like.
